What we do here

One treatment, done carefully, with everything around it built to make starting it straightforward. No packages, no upsells, no pressure.

The core service

TMS therapy for treatment-resistant depression

A full course of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, delivered on an FDA-cleared system, for adults and adolescents whose depression has not adequately improved with antidepressant medication.

A course, not a session

About twenty minutes a day, five days a week, for about seven weeks. Each session is administered by a specially trained technician and overseen by a medical provider.

Measured, not guessed

Your symptoms are tracked through the course, so progress is something we can show you rather than something you have to feel your way through.

No medication required

TMS does not require you to start, stop, or change any medication. What you take stays a conversation between you and your prescriber.

Everything around it

The parts most people worry about

Free 30-minute consultation

We go through your history, what you have already tried, and whether TMS is a sensible next step. If it is not, we will say so. There is no cost and no obligation.

Insurance benefit verification

We check your specific coverage for you before you commit to anything, and we give you the number in advance rather than after the fact.

Candidacy screening

A short screening covers the handful of things that make TMS unsuitable for someone — certain metal implants in or near the head, for example. Better to know in the first conversation.

Flexible scheduling

Sessions are short enough to fit around work. Most people come in on their way to or from work, or over a lunch break.

Who we treat

TMS is worth a conversation if

  • You have been diagnosed with depression, and antidepressants and therapy have not given you your life back.
  • You have tried more than one medication, or stopped one because the side effects were not worth it.
  • You want a treatment that does not involve taking something every day.
  • You are able to come in five days a week for about seven weeks.

Not sure? The self-assessment takes about two minutes and tells you where you stand before you speak to anyone.

Thirty minutes, no cost, no obligation. It is a conversation, not a sales appointment.

If you are in crisis, please do not wait. Call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, available 24 hours a day, or go to your nearest emergency room. TMS is not emergency care.
