About our clinic
A real alternative, run by people who take it seriously
We treat treatment-resistant depression with TMS — non-invasive, non-medication — in a private clinic in St. George, Utah.
Why we do this
Depression does not stop at one person
Depression does not just affect the one who is depressed. It frequently affects the entire family.
That is the reason this clinic exists. When someone has been through several rounds of medication without getting their life back, the cost is not only theirs. It shows up in a marriage, in a household, in children who are not sure what version of a parent they will get that evening.
We offer TMS as a genuine alternative for people in that position: a treatment that works by a different mechanism, does not require medication, and lets you drive yourself home twenty minutes later.
Your care team
Who you will actually see
Your consultation
A 30-minute conversation to review your history, the medications and therapy you have already tried, and whether TMS is appropriate for you. There is no obligation.
Your treatment sessions
Treatment is administered by specially trained technicians and overseen by a medical provider, five days a week for about seven weeks.
Between appointments
Our patient care team is reachable by phone or text if anything comes up — a question, a scheduling change, or something you would rather raise before your next session.
How we work
What you can expect from us
Private
A small clinic, not a waiting-room mill. You are not sitting in a row of strangers.
Personalized
Treatment is mapped to you, and your progress is tracked through the course rather than assumed.
Straight with you
We tell you the side effect you are likely to feel in week one, and we tell you if we do not think TMS will help you.
Flexible
Short sessions that fit around a busy life and a working day, and scheduling that tries to make a seven-week course work into your life.
We are a small clinic in St. George, and we would rather tell you the truth than sell you a course of treatment.

What we have seen, stated plainly
Response means symptoms have reduced by at least half on the PHQ-9, a standard depression questionnaire. Remission is a higher bar again — symptoms fallen below the level considered clinically significant. The clinic figure above describes response. Nationally, TMS produces a response in above 60% of patients, against roughly 30% for antidepressant medication.
We state which measure we are using because the words are not interchangeable and a number without its endpoint does not tell you anything. Individual results vary. No clinic can promise you an outcome.
